{{Character | CharacterName = Diaz de'Terre | Description = Diaz is a short, oily man in his early 30s. His slouching posture and lackadaisical demeanor hide an extremely dangerous person who grew up on the streets of Barcelona stealing and fighting for his life. He is a somewhat hopeless drunk who has no real interest in intellectual pursuits or high-minded pursuits. However, it would be a mistake to assume his drinking or careless attitude make him a person to be ignored, for when a situation where action is required presents itself, he can move with catlike speed and the reflexes of a trained fighter. Fiercely loyal to his real friends, anyone else in life is disposable at best and to be disposed of if necessary.
He was recruited by the inquisition after getting himself into trouble in Italy, but before he was sentenced and executed an inquisitor with an eye for useful men recruited him for his talents as part of the inquisition's security forces.
