Description
The character's ancestors are particulalry prestigious.
Before Scenario 7, this has a very limited use :
On a 1,2,3,4 this Feat has no effect. On a 5 or 6 the character is considered to have the Noble Feat momentarily.
At Scenario 7 and Scenario 9, he will play one of his ancestors or family members and hence will have all of his Feats available instead of a subset.
