To acquire it, you need to already have another Feat related to it, for example : ⛧ Dark Faith and character at least level 5
Your Game Master may accept to waive such prerequisites if your background or in game actions justify it.

Trumpets of Ruin is a Hidden Feat. It can only be given to you by the Game Master and you cannot talk about this Feat with other Players.
Description
To sound the Trumpets of Ruin is to summon not the justice of Heaven, but the laughter of Hell. Where the Apocalypse is scourge and judgment, the Trumpets are mockery and desecration — calamities loosed not for righteousness, but for cruelty.
The visions of John spoke of angels who sounded their horns and heralded woe upon the world; but when the Trumpets of Ruin are called upon, it is the abyss itself that answers. Earth quakes, fire spreads, vermin swarm, and darkness covers the land — not as chastisement, but as ruin for its own sake.
This Feat emulates the exact effect of the Apocalypse Prowess.
