Synonyms: Wildborn, Ranger, Trapper
Special: Archetype
Hunter is an Archetype, it is a special kind of Feat. A character can only have one Archetype in total. Apart from that, Archetypes are like normal Feats and may be taken at character creation or on any level up. On your sheet, mark Hunter as one of your Feats and add all Feats gained separately.
Description
The character has spent a significant part of their life in the wilderness, honing their skills as a tracker, trapper, or beast slayer.
By default, they gain the Feat Survival.
If their background justifies it, they also gain the ⭐ Faith Feat.
Additionally, they gain one Feat of their choice from this list:
- Tracker
- Falconry
- Marksmanship
- Combat (skirmish or monster)
- Stealth
- Instinct
- Agile
- Hearing Acuity
- Lay Traps
- Knowledge (apothecary)
- Background
- Tough
- Strong
- Rage (self) (even if the character doesn't meet the prerequisites)
- Handicap (stupid)
Unless their background justifies it, the character cannot take any Knowledge Feats except Knowledge (apothecary).
