Description
By birth or by will, the character has a very large network of high-ranking people who owe him favors.
This does not make him a particularly rich person, but gives him a strong influence inside many organizations.
He may obtain priviledges or favors for himself or another person.
He is accompanied by an additional loyal henchman.
He also may be of noble birth.
