Your character have mastered the art of diverting attention. Like a master illusionist, he can steal or place any items of his choosing on his oblivious victim.
 
 
 
Your character inspects another unsuspecting person and instantly knows each and every items he wears or carries.
 
 
 
You can take any items of your choice, replace them with items you own of plant anything on the victim.
 
 
 
The other character will notice the missing item within a reasonable amount of time, few seconds if someone stole his sword, to few hours if someone stole a letter in his bag.
 
 
 
The most daring pickpocket operations are possible, even stealing socks, bracelets or any item attached to the person. The only exception being if the target is very defensive, hostile or knows that he is being targeted.
