This monastery, dedicated to the saint patron of librarians is well know for the vastness of it's library. The last hours of climbing are harsh and you are forced to follow a narrow and slippery path with nothing but arope to cling to. When you finally arrive at the abbey, you wonder how anyone could build such a massive building in such aremote area. With the roads cut by the winter landslides, the monastery live is total isolation, eating it's own stock of food and patching their own clothes. You are amazed at the size of the building and the diversity of the monks present.
