Description
By birth or by will, the character has a very large network of high-ranking people who owe him favors.
This does not make him a particularly rich person, but gives him a strong influence inside many organizations.
He may obtain priviledges or favors for himself or another person.
He is accompanied by a loyal henchman.
He probably knows how to read and write a language.
He also may be of noble birth.
