Seguin III de Badefol http://espritdepays.com/dordogne/histoire/seguin-iii-de-badefol-lenfant-terrible-dune-fratrie
Nom de sa compagnie : La Margot
Bone Spaulder Armor ? Crest ? Chess Piece ?

Raise Dead make you come back to life or someone else.
Segin de Baldefol He was born in 1330 in the castle of Badefols, the son of Seguin Gontaut de Badefol and Margaret de Bérail, daughter of Arnaud de Cervole he was given the nickname Chopin Badefol. Le boiteux : Chopi / Chopin
Soldat Fauconier.
They were mounted on entirely unarmoured horses and carried wooden lances, usually ash, tipped with iron and approximately 4 metres (13 ft) long
Andrew Ayton suggests a figure of around 14,000: 2,500 men-at-arms, 5,000 longbowmen, 3,000 hobelars (light cavalry and mounted archers) and 3,500 spearmen

Fin février 1347 : Royal Arms of England (1340-1367).svg La flottille anglaise formant le blocus atteint 737 navires.
On 3 August 1347 Calais surrendered. The entire French population was expelled.
Caen stormed on 26 July. Most of the population was massacred, there was an orgy of drunken rape[15][16] and the city was sacked for five days

He had the Orfilamme with him. They need to try to find it. The Biship needs to know. The king, is the king safe ? The Oriflamme, I saw it lost in battle, please find it ! he begs them to search for the oriflamme, with a bit of luck it is still there.
Whatever they do, they won't find either.
They do find the next information (ambiance part)
Finding the altar
Some corpses have lots of maggots, some none. That's very strange. Action : Check the pattern or Follow the maggots on the ground It leads to a specific pile of corpses.
Devienne
Below this pile of corpeses, there's a weird pile, almost like an altar. For some reasons, it's full of larvas, more than eslwhere. It's covered in a weird liquid that seems to attract larvas. Insist there are both English and French corpses that have been defiled. All the corpses have a weird bite mark and they are drained of blood. There's a dagger planted vertically on the altar. It looks like it's shaking a little bit. (because it's planted on the wounded but alive soldier) When they take the dagger out, the altar bleeds. On the dagger's blade : The crest of the devil and his motto "Non serviam" / "Lasciate Ogni Speranza" ?
When they remove the dagger, one of the corpses wakes up, his eyes injected red. One of the NPC asks : They need to know where the army is going, they can't just follow, they need to discover their destination.
He gives them a hint to where they went : He grabs them and while looking at them says : "devienne" and then puke bloods. (he tried to say "Warn Jean de Vienne that they are coming") "devienne" is the French word for "to become" and also the name of "Jean de Vienne" the one who defended Calais.
In english the clue can be "Were" (strange that the French soldier speaks in english, tell them that) For "Pépin de Were" another knight based in calais
Action : Either they figure out the riddle (e.g. ask the Game Master if that's the name of a person) or they "Heal" the guy

Calais is starving, step by step they find the hideout of th vampire. They are caught and they die there.
Talk about canons.
XXX July 1346 Calais. We have been hired to keep some digtinity and order.
1-They heard of a black market for food and have to dismantle it. They know the location.
Up to them to come up with a decent plan on how to caputyre as many resellers as possible. All kinds of horrible meats.
One of the sellers was buying corpses, but only very fresh ones and with no wounds. Only if they died of starvation. (because blood stays fresh in a corpse if there's no wound, otherwise it dries out quickly) When they open the shop, they see lots of corpses upside down and emptied of blood.
2-They find some corpses emptied of blood. They have to investigate. They can ask for "La Margot", or they can search for an area of the city where there are no more beggars, or they can use underground knowledge or things like that. Anyting else that makes sense.
3-They arrive in the evil place. They see from the outside that something is being built.
They are greeted by a vampire saying that the master is waiting for them.
XXX July 1346 Calais. Final page of the journal.
4-Fast forward to today The inquisitors travel to Calais as soon as they can. How to find the evil place : some kind of riddle to explain where it is
XXXX Décoration typique d'un palais romain ??? Mur de visages de l'atrium ? https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Villa_romaine#Villa_suburbaine But if the players finds another smart way to find it, that's ok as well.
In the streets of calais today, it's the plague, the french are decimated and replaced by the english.
5-Red Hell And they decide to enter the guts of calais They find "Knight" who was harvesting blood for Rubedo. In rubedo he opens all the casquets of blood.
Endroit approprié poru un vampire. Palais ? Bain romain ? Eglise ?
They arrive a bit too late, there is a huge crowd of people who wake up from an orgy in blood. Some of them wearing horns. It is done, rubedo is done. In each room they see something different. In all rooms, there are lots of naked people sleeping. They're looking for "Knight" but they need to find him. In each room something different.
Baths Thermes? Atrium ?
The water smells like red wine. It's all red wine. Everyone is drunk is this room. Some people floating face up in the bath, some face down. They all have bite marks. Some are drunk some are dead. Everyone is covered in oil. There are lots of toads on the ground eating black triangular oesties. Someone naked enters the room with an Arbalest. One of the characters previous players ??? up to the players to find a solution. Reflexes could work. Otherwise a player is shot.
Shrine.
Disemboweled Priest. One of the characters previous players ??? if they play a religious but he is still alive. Upside down on a cross. Players have to try to save him. There's a succubus (women with fake horns and hooves boots) She says if you move I kill him. She has sharp claws at his neck. Her body is covered in oil. XXXX Blood sucking syringe ??? That explains all the blood sucking marks ? She is drinking blood from the chalice. Sitting on the altar. Each vitrailles have been broken. The ground is covered in crosses. When the players enter, some heretics run away, the others are too drunk. Up to them to kill her in any way they want. If they can or not save the Priest, (or Heal him) it's better if they do. He tell them a useful information. He explains about the pump and the flute.
Throne room and banquet hall.
In the banquet hall, there is a huge satanic statue of Lucifer Playing the flute. The room is very dark. Some Lucifer flags everywhere. Huge banquet organised with boudin everywhere. All the guests are "dead" with bite marks.
They hear some pump noises (they have to search to find the people activating the pumps in the sides of the room) Two people, with blindfold activate the pump. It turns the statue into a fountain of blood coming out of the flute, it also make a weird music and the room fills with black smoke.
When the pump is activated, all the "dead" people raise and attack the players. The players are split between two Skirmishs at the same time. Including all the of the player charcters, except the last one.
Stopping the people pumping blood will stop the "zombie armies"
But then a huger person will smash the altar from behind and behint it Behind the altar is a room compeltely red. With a red cracked egg. Coming out of this room is "Knight" in a red armor Combat duel. And the huge person with a goat head mask Combat monster. One of the characters previous players ??? If they are good at fighting Both to be fought at the same time.
Then Knight emerges, they recognise "knight" by his description but he is seriously wounded. his throat was slit etc...
"Knight" is wearing a red armor and he has clear fangs (a custome)
The room is very dark partly because of the smoke, he appears and attack players then disappear. Combat (duel) at each of his appearances.
Action : Open the windows
Now he cannot hide in the shadows.
Now they can Combat (duel) him.
They kill him. But somehow he survives and his mercenary troop too.
